Note: From November this class will begin at 7.45pm (October class begins at 7.30pm)
This embodied yin practice is a slow, meditative practice that invites you to turn inward and listen deeply to your body. Floor-based postures are held for several minutes, allowing time for the muscles to soften and the deeper connective tissues to release. Through both stillness and gentle movement, breath, and presence, you’ll explore the subtle landscapes of the body and mind - creating space for physical and emotional restoration.
Holly weaves in elements of mindfulness, somatic awareness, and the science of relaxation to help you down-regulate the nervous system and reconnect to your natural rhythm.
Suitable for all levels - from complete beginners to experienced practitioners seeking a more introspective practice.

Holly is an experienced yoga teacher and integrative health professional with over a decade of teaching across Morocco, Dubai, and Sri Lanka, with advanced trainings in Bali and India. Her background in Thai Yoga Massage, Nutritional Health Coaching, and Clinical Hypnotherapy allows her to weave together the many threads of holistic well-being - from movement and mindfulness to the science of stress resilience and nutrition for the nervous system.
Holly also runs wellness retreats that bring together yoga, hypnotherapy, and nutrition - offering deeply restorative experiences that balance body, mind, and spirit. Her classes invite you to rest and restore, to move intuitively, and to reconnect with the natural rhythm within.
"My teaching style is intuitive and embodied - rooted in mindfulness and curiosity. I encourage students to listen closely to their bodies, to soften where they can, and to explore movement as a pathway back to themselves. My aim is always to create space for restoration, self-compassion, and the joy of simply being."
When Holly isn’t teaching, you can find her enjoying live music, cooking or baking or adventuring in nature.
