Kids Holiday Club with Helen Wilson.

9am-3pm every Thursday in August.

Join Helen Wilson from Little Puddle People for a unique holiday club experience for your child. With a focus on nature, art, yoga, mindfulness, making special memories, nurturing wellbeing and being playful. 

Our day will include two yoga sessions, a yummy nourishing brunch provided by the kitchen, at least one art session and an adventure in the Hathersage hills!  Our time outdoors may include foraging, barefoot walks, paddling, tree climbing, picnics, listening to bird song, bug hunting and exploring.

Kids Yoga with Helen Wilson.

10-11am every other Saturday.

Children's yoga is fun for the whole family! This session is aimed at children aged 3-8 years old but you know your child best, this is a guide age.  All abilities and bodies welcome, this is an inclusive session.

We will embark upon a nature themed story to take us on a yoga journey - expect noise, laughter, imagination, fun and calm!  Each session has a connection to our current season, weather or moon cycle using yoga to help us learn about the world around us.  Subtly incorporated into each session are opportunities for touch/self massage, breathing technique, sound making, floor based and standing poses, relaxation and reflection.

10-11.30am every 2nd Thursday of the month.

Join the Open House Stitch Club to create, mend and gather together in community. 

Bring along clothes to repair, your sewing needles, crochet hooks, knitting needles, for a coffee, knit and chat in the Open House Cafe. Whether you are a keen knitter, have hole-y socks to repair or would like to learn to crochet - all are welcome to join and learn from each other.

Unwind & Reset: Gently Stretch Out the Body & Soothe the Mind with Emily Kaye.

6-8pm on Friday, 15th August.

Unwind and reset with this class designed to gently stretch out the body and soothe the mind.

We will begin with soft, mindful movement to release physical tension and reconnect with the breath, focusing on simple stretches and gentle poses that support relaxation. This will be followed by calming breathwork (pranayama), a guided mindfulness practice, and an extended savasana with optional props to support deep rest.

This nourishing practice will help you move into the weekend feeling grounded, refreshed, and centered.

Suitable for all levels, this workshop offers a welcoming space to slow down, recalibrate, and restore. Whether you’re looking to ease stress, improve sleep, or simply take time for yourself, this class invites you to come just as you are.

Yoga for All with Kate Lawless.

All bodies can practice yoga. You don’t need to stand on your head to receive the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits yoga can offer.

This workshop is for everyone, and especially those who find it difficult to access studio classes. With the option to practice in a chair, standing, or seated on the floor, we will explore movement, stillness, and the breath to slow down and anchor ourselves in the present. Integrating the yogic philosophy of ahimsa (self compassion), this practice offers the opportunity to tend to your body, and explore how the way we move impacts the way we feel.
