Ashtanga Yoga with Rachel Roy.
7-8.15am every Friday.
Ashtanga is a dynamic style of yoga that follows a set series of poses, practised in the same order each time. These poses are linked together through vinyasa—a flowing movement coordinated with the breath—creating a continuous, rhythmic practice.
Together we will take a slow approach to familiarising ourselves with the Ashtanga Primary standing sequence, with Rachel offering nurturing hands-on adjustments in a relaxed, workshop style environment.
Breathwork with Sophie Kirkton.
9.30-10.30am every Friday.
Sophie’s breathwork sessions are a space to pause and breathe in the middle of real life, not outside of it. We work with the breath as it is, and with the world as it is. Busy, beautiful, uncertain and interconnected. Each session we explore how breath can help us meet what’s unfolding. The stress, joy, change, grief, rest and how our inner landscape responds to the larger systems we live within.
Slow Flow with Layla Abdallah.
12-1pm every Friday.
This is a slow, steady and strong vinyasa flow which has a different physical focus each month. Expect flowing movement and strength building through active stretches and longer holds.
This class will include pranayama (breathwork) and philosophical themes for a total mind, body, and soul reset.
