A Conversation in Community with Pippa Grange & Susy Stirling.

Join us on World Book Night, Thursday 23rd April for Pippa’s local book launch for her new book ‘Life. Reclaimed: find freedom from chronic overperformance’.

In this intimate conversation, Pippa and Susy will discuss how to stay human in a fast paced and overwhelming world, and why the natural world is the master teacher.

Pippa is a co-founder of Open House and 10trees garden and the book is inspired by this community and this place. She’d love to share it with you.

  • Pippa has an extensive background in sport and industry and has had the privilege to work with many world class professional athletes, teams and organisations across the world as they chase and achieve their own wins. Pippa has worked with multiple sports, age-groups and genders, with board members, coaches, leaders and captains, with military teams, medical teams, media performers, musicians, CEO’s, scientists and entrepreneuers. A fictionalised example of her work on the transformation of the England mens football team is portrayed in James Graham’s smash hit play 'Dear England'.

In the last decade Pippa has expanded her perspective and practice to include ecological psychology, the foundation of which is the belief that by recognising that our nature as humans runs along similar principles to all of nature - and adaptation is the main game. To find our real best, we need to regenerate and rewild our own psychology in the same way nature regenerates.
