Join us for a gentle and welcoming introduction to yoga, where we’ll take our time learning some of the foundational yoga poses (asanas) and we will explore each one in detail to help you become familiar with both the shapes and their names, so you can feel more confident and at ease on the mat. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced - just come as you are.
We'll use props and offer modifications to ensure you feel supported throughout the session, the workshop will finish with a short, easy-to-follow yoga flow, and a calming relaxation to leave you feeling grounded and rested.
Expect a relaxed, friendly environment, with space to ask questions and take breaks when you need to.
Discover how even the simplest yoga practice can improve your mobility, calm your mind, and support your overall wellbeing.
