Grounding, meditative planetary gong bath with Lull.

This evening's session will be centred around one large Earth gong.  No other instruments will be used.  There'll be primers in Cousto's "Kosmische Oktave" theory, which transposes the movements of planets into sound & colour, along with some more general chat about the broader sound healing scene.  These minimalist, almost temple-style sessions can be grounding, meditative & deeply restorative.

Please bring whatever you might need to be comfortable for the duration of the one hour session.  There are yoga mats, blankets and bolster cushions available at Open House. Feel free to bring your own blanket, pillow, or other mats or cushions.
