Nurture & Flow: A Pregnancy Yoga Workshop with Emily Kaye.

Join us for a nurturing 90-minute Pregnancy Yoga class designed for expecting parents at any stage of pregnancy. This session is the perfect introduction to prenatal yoga, whether you’re completely new to yoga or already have an existing practice.

Together, we’ll explore how a traditional yoga practice can be thoughtfully adapted to support your changing body. You’ll learn how to use props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets to create space, stability, and comfort—helping you feel strong, nourished and supported.

This spacious and inclusive prenatal yoga class is designed to help you feel good, physically and mentally. We’ll explore how supportive movement, can help ease common pregnancy discomforts, build strength and mobility, and encourage deep relaxation. You’ll be guided to connect with your breath as an anchor—supporting your body, your baby and your nervous system.

Beyond the physical benefits, this class offers dedicated time to slow down, reduce stress, and support your emotional well-being. Pregnancy can bring many shifts, and this practice is here to help you feel grounded, calm, and more at ease in both body and mind. The class will offer an opportunity to share, connect, and build supportive relationships with other parents on a similar journey.

We can’t wait to welcome you.

No experience is needed; people in all trimesters of pregnancy are warmly welcome.

  • Emily is a Sheffield-based yoga teacher, with ten years of teaching experience. Trained originally in vinyasa & hatha yoga, Emily has studied yoga, breathwork and yoga philosophy in the UK, India and beyond and is a certified prenatal yoga teacher.

With a strong belief that there is no one-size-fits-all approach in yoga, Emily teaches a variety of different styles. Whether a dynamic vinyasa class or a deep and meditative stillness practice, Emily’s classes are warm, engaging and welcoming.

    Some words from Emily:

“My classes are playful but grounded, encouraging students to have a strong awareness of their breath. I believe that yoga can change the world and my goal is to strengthen the body and quiet the mind, for happier, healthier humans. We spend too much time rushing around, with our brains chattering away. For me yoga is about slowing all of this down, being more present, finding joy in movement and living more fully. "

Emily is the Yoga and Wholebeing Lead at Open House. When she’s not at Open House, Emily’s love of the outdoors takes her off into the hills, or you’ll find her pottering in the garden.

If you have any questions about the session, don’t hesitate to reach out to Emily.
