SENTIŌ (/ˈsen.ti.oː/ – Latin: “to feel deeply, to sense”) is a mindfulness program for self-discovery rooted in the principle of Music as Medicine. Across cultures and generations, music has been used to soothe, energize, and connect people to themselves and to each other. Research confirms that sound influences our nervous system, emotions, and sense of belonging. By weaving music into art and dance, SENTIŌ taps into this timeless power, offering participants a safe space to process, explore, and heal through creative expression.
It blends art healing, mindful listening, and movement to create spaces where creativity becomes a pathway to emotional release, sensory awareness, and embodied presence. Open to all levels and backgrounds, SENTIŌ values process over product, honoring curiosity, presence, and emotional freedom as tools for wellbeing and growth.

Healing process: Guided by music, we’ll activate the subconscious through colour, shape, texture, and gentle ecstactic movement. No prior art experience is needed.
