Sound Odyssey with Remi Bumstead & Sophia Mason.

Remi and Sophia weave various elements into their sound journeys, bringing you on a vibrational odyssey through mantra, Himalayan bowls, percussion, chimes and voice.

Through extensive time spent learning various healing modalities including sound & energy healing and bodywork, their shared knowledge combines in a unity that emits love and offers people a chance to sink back into their own harmonic resonance.

In our core essence we are all vibrational beings, therefore sound journeys and vibrational therapy affect us in a profound way unlike other healing modalities. It allows us to retune ourselves and come back to our purest essence, that of peace and bliss.

  • Remi and Sophia have been on this path together for over five years, growing in their love and devotion through song and sound. When not roaming the countryside they’re playing music and singing together at home and love to share their connection to music as devotional practice with others in community.

Remi has been on a journey through various forms of exploration and self-development that ultimately always comes back to the importance of vibrational awareness and healing. This path led him to undertake a level 2 vibrational therapy and sound certification in Dharamshala from the ‘unified consciousness institute’ which weaved together ancient sound practices and techniques with a modern neuroscience backing. It is this bridging of knowledge bases which inspires and drives Remi in his work both as a vibrational sound practitioner and documentary filmmaker.

Sophia May is a Reiki master, massage therapist, medicine musician & 750 hours certified Yoga guide with a love of singing and Bakti Yoga, devotional worship singing mantra accompanied by her beloved shrooty box. She has practiced Yoga for 10 years and is dedicated to calming the mind, creating harmony and connecting to the self and the divine through her practice and teaching.

She is dedicated to bringing harmony and healing to the body, mind & spirit, cultivating mindfulness and developing greater awareness by relaxing the nervous system.

Sophia is passionate about helping others to heal through conscious loving touch, ancient healing techniques and deep presence. Her aim is to help bring you back into balance in body and soul, feeling totally at ease and relaxed, held and nurtured, exploring and honouring our true nature, that of peaceful awareness and love.
