Oak Smoked Texas BBQ Pop-up!

We’re firing up our offset smoker for a Texas BBQ pop-up this weekend!

We’ll be serving Harrington’s beef ribs or pork belly ribs smoked ‘low n slow’ for 7 hours, using locally-sourced oak wood from Upper Derwent Valley, served with mash, smokey beans & house slaw. Plus whiskey sours and picklebacks from our pop-up whiskey bar.

Available from 6pm until we sell out!
