Monthly Meditation with Emily Kaye.

Monthly Meditation offers a unique blend of relaxation, breathing and meditation techniques, inspired by different teachings and practices of yoga.

Expect to explore:

  • Gentle restorative movement

  • Breathwork

  • Guided meditation

Each month explores different themes and varying methods designed to soothe the nervous system, support deep relaxation, and help you find more presence in each moment. 

This class is suitable for all abilities, with no previous experience required. We normally sit/lie on yoga mats during this practice, but you’re welcome to use a chair if that feels more comfortable.

About this class:

  • Date - 7.30-8.30pm on the first Tuesday of the month.

  • Price*:

    • £6 - Accessible (low income/first timer)

    • £9 - Standard (regular, sustainable price)

    • £12 - Supporter (help support our programme to thrive & grow)

  • Location - Upstairs @ Open House. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to settle onto the mat.

  • Equipment - Yoga mats and equipment will be available to borrow, you’re also welcome to bring your own
