Sophie’s breathwork sessions are a space to pause and breathe in the middle of real life, not outside of it. We work with the breath as it is, and with the world as it is. Busy, beautiful, uncertain and interconnected. Each session we explore how breath can help us meet what’s unfolding. The stress, joy, change, grief, rest and how our inner landscape responds to the larger systems we live within.
Breathwork here isn’t about escaping, it’s about arriving grounded and resourced from within. Together, we notice the patterns we carry both personal and collective and use breath as a way to soften, release, and reconnect. We move slowly, grounding our practice in honesty, compassion, and awareness of how our lives touch the wider world.
Sessions are gentle and accessible, combining guided breathwork with reflection and quiet space to listen both to our bodies and to the world around us.

Sophie is a multiple-certified breathwork practitioner and passionate advocate for reimagining the way we approach wellbeing. Her work is about creating real lasting change not quick fixes or surface level hacks. She believes that in the midst of our busy noisy world we all deserve space to pause, reconnect with our bodies, and feel safe grounded.
Sophie’s work combines the mystical with the latest science in the breathwork. Her extensive training is Trauma informed and she is committed to holding safe spaces that meet the emotional and physical needs of people attending the sessions.
Some words from Sophie:
“I don’t see breathwork as a technique so much as a remembering. My sessions aren’t about control or performance, they're about slowing down enough to listen. To the rhythm of your own breath, to what your body’s been trying to say, to the quiet underneath it all.
I draw inspiration from nature and human connection, to ourselves and each other. Nature has a way of reminding us that everything moves, everything changes, everything breathes. The work I share is gentle and grounded in that same knowing.
My hope is that through breath, you find a way back, not to who you were but to the steady, living presence that’s always been with you.”

We often forget how important the body is for mental health. The truth is that we don’t think our feelings. We feel them in our bodies. In our throats, our chests, our backs and our limbs. Practices such as breathwork allow us to become truly embodied and to feel again.
Our breath is the only part of our autonomic nervous system that we can control and the effects are profound. When breathwork is done safely, it is gentle, powerful, healing and can transform our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
This breathwork practice is a deep meditative practice that facilitates the release of emotions we may have been holding onto for many years. We often focus only on banishing the anxious thoughts, slowing our racing minds but this can lead to a never-ending cycle of living in our heads with little relief.
When you work with me, we focus on bringing light to our bodies and soothing our nervous system. Through this powerful breathwork we are better able to sit with emotions and physical feelings and expand our awareness and our connections to ourselves. Breathwork is a powerful tool that leaves us lighter and often in a state of bliss and total mind clarity.
