Dru Yoga with Kelly Dadd.


Dru Yoga is a gentle, therapeutic style of yoga designed to align the body, breath, and mind. Dru Yoga is one of our gentlest classes and a great place to start as a beginner.

Kelly incorporates body preparation exercises into her sessions, gently preparing the body before moving into deeper postures. Kelly’s classes combine flowing movement, breathwork, visualisations, and affirmations. 

In this soulful energy based flow, Kelly works with an awareness of the elements, such as earth and fire, to bring balance and vitality to body and mind.

About this event:

  • Dates - 9.30-10.30am every Wednesday. Note: no class on 15th July.

  • Price*:

    • £6 - Accessible (low income/first timer)

    • £9 - Standard (regular, sustainable price)

    • £12 - Supporter (help support our programme to thrive & grow)

  • Location - Upstairs @ Open House. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to settle onto the mat.

  • Equipment - Yoga mats and equipment will be available to borrow, you’re also welcome to bring your own
