Dru Yoga combines flowing movement, breathwork, visualisations, and affirmations, and works deeply with the elements, such as earth and fire, to bring balance and vitality.
Kelly incorporates body preparation exercises into her sessions, gently preparing the body before moving into deeper postures. In this soulful energy based flow, all movements are made with awareness and flow with the breath.
This class is a great introduction to the energetics and postures of yoga and is ideal for beginners, as well as more experienced practitioners.

In addition to teaching, she has also contributed to the training of new Dru Yoga instructors, sharing her knowledge and passion for this transformative practice.
