Slow Vinyasa Flow with Layla Abdallah.


This is a strength class - a class to activate our physical strength and ignite our inner fire.

Slow, steady and strong. This is a slow and steady vinyasa flow, with a different physical focus each month on building strength through active stretches and longer holds. This class will include pranayama (breathwork) and philosophical themes for a total mind, body, and soul reset. 

About this event:

  • Dates - 7-8am every Monday.

  • Price:

    • £3 - Accessible.

    • £6 - Standard.

    • £9 - Supporter.

  • Location - Upstairs @ Open House. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to settle onto the mat.

  • Equipment - Yoga mats and equipment will be available to borrow, you’re also welcome to bring your own.

  • I first discovered yoga to heal a variety of physical & mental ailments. I noticed the difference in mindset & it very quickly became a daily practice. I was blessed to travel and complete my 500 hour training in beautiful Bali, the energy from this sacred land will always be infused into my classes. My training was a focus on Hatha, Vinyasa & a variety of Pranayama & Meditation techniques. My favourite style to practice and teach is slow and mindful, with a focus on active poses & strength for empowerment & injury prevention. I love seeing people transform their energy in a yoga class, walking in and out of the room alot lighter and more connected. I feel very blessed to teach yoga and share my passion with you.

    £6 - Standard.

    This ticketing allows us to run a sustainable programme.

    £9 - Supporter.

    This ticketing allows you to choose to pay it forward to your community - helping to cover people who can not afford the full-price tickets. It also helps us to sustain a full, rich and diverse programme by giving us the flexibility to continue running classes that are not always fully booked.
