Deepening Weekend.
Saturday 17th - Sunday 18th October
Step away from it all and return to simplicity. Deepening Weekends are an opportunity to strip life back to its purest form; to come home to a soft, grounded way of being.
Return to Simplicity.
The days are spacious, the structure is minimal. On Deepening Weekends we explore yoga in its broadest sense - yoga as something we do, and yoga as a state we can be.
Expect movement, meditation, discussion, shared meals and plenty of space to simply be. This is not a jam-packed weekend, it’s a chance to step back, to recalibrate and to lean into slowness and ease.
Meals are simple, delicious and nourishing. Accommodation is basic - futons in shared rooms.
