I'm a Children's yoga teacher, Early Years Educator and Forest School Leader with a deep passion about children's development and supporting families to connect with nature. I love being creative in my approach to children's learning bringing storytelling, folklore and imagination into sessions to spark joy. Nurturing children's spirit to use their bodies and minds to express themselves through yoga and creative movement. Weaving techniques into our practice that can be taken into daily life and feed those sensory seeking souls.
You'll find me outside... whether it's work or play it's where I'd rather be. Adventures with my two rambunctious boys, husband and a sweet dog we're outside rain or shine.
