  • Helen is a Children's yoga teacher, Early Years Educator and Forest School Leader with a deep passion for children's development and supporting families to connect with nature.  Helen has an inherently creative approach to children's learning, bringing storytelling, folklore and imagination into sessions to spark joy.

Nurturing children's spirits, Helen encourages kids to use their bodies and minds to express themselves through yoga and creative movement. She weaves techniques into the sessions that can be taken into daily life and feed those sensory seeking souls.

When Helen isn’t teaching you’ll find her outside... whether it's work or play it's where she'd rather be. Come rain or shine, Helen will be out on adventures with her two rambunctious boys, husband and her sweet dog.
