Join us for a free Yoga Flow trial session to meet Jasmin. This session will be a great chance to get to know a new teacher, and enjoy a different teaching style. We’d love to hear what you think of the session - your feedback will help inform our future offerings at Open House.

Jasmin began teaching yoga in 2018 in Madrid after completing her teacher training in Cádiz, Spain. After returning to Sheffield in 2020, she went back to university as a mature student. She now works as a designer and art director, continuing to teach yoga alongside her creative practice. Jasmin’s two practices feed into each other, both rooted in curiosity, rhythm and thoughtful composition.
Originally trained in Hatha and Vinyasa, Jasmin completed her Rocket Yoga teacher training in 2025.
Some words from Jasmin:
“My classes are challenging whilst also allowing students to relax and let go in a safe space. I am always searching for transitions that feel organic and instinctive, allowing the practice to be fluid and helping students stay present throughout.
I create my sequences with a focus on exploring the body, its capabilities, and the sensations that evolve through this exploration.
Becoming a mum has deepened my appreciation for movement that is both strong and sustainable, and has given me a renewed perspective on what it means to meet ourselves where we are.”
Yoga Flow is a style of yoga, also known as Vinyasa Flow, characterised by stringing postures (asanas) together so that you move from one to another in a flowing sequence, with an awareness of the breath. Yoga flow is one of our more challenging classes.
