Begin 2026 with Presence and Purpose – a heart-centred workshop.
Step into the new year with clarity, calm, and intention. This intimate workshop blends slow, accessible yoga and grounding breathwork with journaling and reflection, offering a nurturing space to reconnect with yourself after the busyness of Christmas.
The session begins with a gentle yoga practice designed to bring you into your body and your truest self - what yoga calls Atman. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and restorative poses, you’ll release tension, find inner balance, and create a sense of deep inner grounding. This practice helps us reconnect to our inner clarity and the wisdom of our own body, providing a calm and steady foundation for reflection.
We will then explore journaling techniques to honour the lessons of 2025, unravel insights, and set embodied intentions for the year ahead. Oracle cards will also be available for additional guidance, should you wish to receive it.
This workshop is held in a nurturing, confidential, community space where sharing is optional - sometimes simply listening is the medicine we need. By setting intentions together in this ceremonial space, we add a touch of magic and collective energy to our reflections. The session will close with herbal tea and gentle sharing, helping to integrate your experience fully.
Guided by Layla, you’ll leave feeling grounded, inspired, and ready to step into the new year with renewed clarity and intention. This workshop will be a beautiful opportunity to pause, reconnect, and step into 2026 with presence, purpose, and connection to like-minded souls.
This workshop is open to all who wish to connect more deeply with themselves. No previous yoga experience is necessary, and all levels are welcome.

Layla first discovered yoga as a way to heal a variety of physical & mental ailments. Noticing the difference in mindset, yoga very quickly became a daily practice. Layla travelled to Bali to complete her 500 hour training. The energy from this sacred land will always be infused into her classes. Layla’s training had a focus on Hatha, Vinyasa and a variety of Pranayama and Meditation techniques.
Some words from Layla:
‘My favourite style to practice and teach is slow and mindful, with a focus on active poses & strength for empowerment & injury prevention. I love seeing people transform their energy in a yoga class, walking in and out of the room a lot lighter and more connected. I feel very blessed to teach yoga and share my passion with you.’
