Qigong: Free Taster Session with Poh-Eng San.

Join us for a free Qigong taster session to meet Poh-Eng!

We’re excited to offer this free taster class with Poh-Eng - an experienced teacher who’s new to the area. It’s a great chance to try something a little different, meet her, and enjoy a fresh teaching style. We’d also love to hear what you think of the session - your feedback will help us decide how best to shape future classes at Open House!

Poh-Eng is a Tai Chi & Qigong Teacher, Buqi & Plant Spirit Medicine Healer, Doula, Freelance Dancer, Environmental Movement Artist and Somatic Movement Practitioner.

In this free taster session Poh-Eng will be offering an introduction to taijiwuxigong (tie-chee-woo-she goong).

Taijiwuxigong is a complete self-healing form of qi gong.  In this special session we will learn simple standing and sitting exercises that clear stuck chi. (If stuck chi persists it leads to pain and dis-ease). This practice will invite deeper body awareness and release of tensions and alongside movement, simple mantras will be taught to support the practice and calm the mind.
