Autumn Equinox Sound Bath with Muna Mcadie.

Join us for an Autumn Equinox Soundbath - a meditative experience aligning with the seasonal shift as day and night stand in balance.

This soundbath will use crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to create a soothing atmosphere that fosters deep relaxation, reflection, and energetic harmony.

The Autumn Equinox marks a time of transition, where we honor the harvest of our personal growth and prepare for the introspective journey ahead. Through sound, we'll release tension, set intentions for the coming months, and align with the natural cycles of the earth. May this Autumn Equinox Soundbath offer you peace, balance, and renewal as you embrace the coming season.

  • I experienced my first Sound Bath in 2015 and was completely blown away
by the sense of calm and deep relaxation that stayed with me for days after the event. After experiencing the Crystal Singing Bowls in 2016 I fell fast in love with the way they looked, sounded and (most importantly) the way they made me feel.

I have been sharing sound for restoration ever since. All my bowls have been gifted to me by family and loved ones; filling each Sound Bath I
offer with love on so many levels.

  • Sound baths are an ancient meditative practice with roots from two thousand years ago in Tibet. Immersing yourself in waves of resonant sound creates a full-body meditative experience, where the sound frequency can be experienced in the deepest parts of your body.

It creates a meditative state where the brain emits healing brainwaves, leaving you feeling calmer, more relaxed and ready to take on whatever the day may bring.

  • Accessible.

This ticketing is aimed to make our programme available and more accessible to everyone.

    Standard.

This ticketing allows you to choose to pay it forward to your community - helping to cover people who can not afford the full-price tickets.
