Join Victoria for a deeply nourishing two-hour Yin Yoga & Cacao practice to mark Imbolc - the half way point between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox.
Signifying the first signs of spring and returning light, Imbolc is associated with spiritual and physical cleansing. In the knowledge that seeds germinate in darkness, this is the time to set intentions - what do you wish to plant and nurture in 2026?
Victoria holds Yin Yoga as a truly sacred space - one where we are invited to simply be - a precious opportunity to really witness ourselves in stillness. It can be a profoundly grounding and transformative experience. To enhance the practice, we’ll share cacao - a heart-opening addition that brings a touch of bliss and warmth to the evening.
Cacao is a minimally processed product made from raw cacao beans and used as a heart-opening plant medicine to support emotional openness, connection, and presence. Cacao contains natural compounds, which can increase blood flow, enhance mood, and create a feeling of gentle energy and warmth—helping practitioners drop into a more embodied, reflective state.
This event is the perfect opportunity to take time to rest and nourish, as we move gently through the darkness towards spring.
