Yoga Philosophy Club.

Join us each month for a relaxed and welcoming discussion group - held by our head yogi Emily Kaye - to explore themes from yoga philosophy. Together, we’ll look into different ideas, teachings and questions from the yogic tradition, with plenty of space to reflect and share perspectives.

Traditionally, yoga is interpreted as a holistic spiritual and mental discipline, with a core purpose of achieving self-realisation and inner stillness.

Yoga Philosophy Club is an opportunity to dive into the rich and expansive tradition of yoga that extends far beyond the physical postures, and explore how yoga’s ancient wisdom can be applied to modern life

No knowledge of yoga philosophy is needed — just bring your curiosity!

If you’re interested in learning more about yoga and how your yoga practice can be something that happens both on and off the mat, Yoga Philosophy Club is for you.
