Every other Saturday, join us at Open House for an extended 90-minute yoga practice. Each session is guided by a different Open House teacher, offering the opportunity to explore a variety of teaching styles, perspectives, and approaches with every class.
These longer-format classes allow time to dive deeper into a well-rounded journey of yoga, where alongside movement, there will be explorations into breathwork, meditation, and relaxation. Each teacher will bring their own unique flavour and signature style to the session, offering a unique perspective and experience of yoga.
Come with curiosity—leave feeling grounded, expanded, and renewed.

Expect a flowing movement practice, breathwork and relaxation, exploring themes of shifting seasons and moving into the darker months with softness and strength.
Emily’s classes are playful but grounded, encouraging students to have a strong awareness of their breath. With a strong belief that there is no one-size-fits-all approach in yoga, Emily’s classes are warm, engaging and welcoming.

Expect a practice combining stillness and reflection with dynamic flows, inspired by the story of Virabhadra—the warrior born from Shiva’s power. Centred around Warrior Poses I, II, and III, we’ll build heat and activate our Yang energy through energising pranayama (breathwork) and dynamic movement, before cooling down and tapping into our Yin energy with an extended meditative savasana.
Ryan’s classes are strong yet mindful, breath-led, with clear cues, creative sequences and purposeful playlists that build heat and strength while settling the mind. He’s known for a warm, inclusive room that welcomes busy professionals looking to reconnect.
