Slow Flow with Emily Kaye.


Slow Flow is a slower style of yoga flow. Yoga Flow, also known as vinyasa flow, is characterised by stringing postures (asanas) together so that you move from one to another in a flowing sequence, with an awareness of the breath. Slow flow slows the pace down a little, creating a more gentle rhythm. Slow Flow is a great place to start as a beginner. 

Emily’s classes offer a mindful, breath-centred practice that invites you to meet yourself exactly where you are — with curiosity and compassion. The focus is on how poses feel, and less about how they look.

Expect a little more time to settle into each posture, with an emphasis on awareness, breath, and embodied experience — rather than how a pose looks.

About this class:

  • Dates - 5-6pm every Tuesday.

  • Price*:

    • £6 - Accessible (low income/first timer)

    • £9 - Standard (regular, sustainable price)

    • £12 - Supporter (help support our programme to thrive & grow)

  • Location - Upstairs @ Open House. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to settle onto the mat.

  • Equipment - Yoga mats and equipment will be available to borrow, you’re also welcome to bring your own
