Join Victoria for a deeply nourishing two-hour ‘hygge’ themed Yin Yoga practice.
Hygge (pronounced hoo-gah) is a Danish word that describes a cozy, warm, and comfortable feeling - like being curled up with a blanket, a hot drink, and good company.
In the spirit of Hygge, enjoy a restorative and contemplative journey into stillness - a unique opportunity to go within.
Victoria holds Yin Yoga as a truly sacred space - one where we are invited to simply be - a precious opportunity to really witness ourselves in stillness. It can be a profoundly grounding and transformative experience. To enhance the practice, we’ll share cacao - a heart-opening addition that brings a touch of bliss and warmth to the evening.
If your autumn has been full and fast-paced, this is the perfect opportunity to slow down, reset, and reconnect as the holiday season begins.
