Hatha Yoga with Victoria Nauen.

Hatha Yoga is a traditional style of yoga, which often holds the poses for longer than in styles such as Yoga Flow. Hatha yoga is a great place to start as a beginner.

Victoria’s elemental Hatha yoga classes have a deep respect for the classical aspect of Yoga. Drawing on a fascination with ancient wisdoms, Victoria weaves elemental themes into her classes - allowing classes to reflect the season we are in and the energy of the day.

Expect a blend of breathwork and strong asana (yoga postures) with emphasis on different energy centres and their elemental correspondences.
