Saturday Sessions: Yoga Flow.

Every other Saturday, join us at Open House for a special 90-minute yoga practice. These longer-format classes allow us to dive deeper into a well-rounded journey of yoga, where alongside movement, there will be explorations into breathwork, meditation and relaxation.

Each session is guided by a different Open House teacher, offering the opportunity to explore a variety of teaching styles, perspectives, and approaches with every class.

Come with curiosity—leave feeling grounded, expanded, and renewed.

  • Layla first discovered yoga as a way to heal a variety of physical & mental ailments. Noticing the difference in mindset, yoga very quickly became a daily practice. Layla traveled to Bali to complete her 500 hour training. The energy from this sacred land will always be infused into her classes. Layla’s training had a focus on Hatha, Vinyasa and a variety of Pranayama and Meditation techniques.

    Some words from Layla:

‘My favourite style to practice and teach is slow and mindful, with a focus on active poses & strength for empowerment & injury prevention. I love seeing people transform their energy in a yoga class, walking in and out of the room a lot lighter and more connected. I feel very blessed to teach yoga and share my passion with you.’

  • Accessible.

This is a reduced-price option for those who may be experiencing financial hardship, are on a low income, or face other economic barriers. It may also be for you if you are trying out our classes for the first time, or for multiple children in the same family for Kids Yoga.

Use the code ACCESSIBLE when booking. No proof is required - we trust you to choose this option if it’s the right fit for your situation.

    Standard.

This is the regular ticket price - the true cost that helps us cover our expenses and keep things running.

This rate helps us make our classes sustainable while still offering lower-cost options for others.
