Every other Saturday, join us at Open House for a special 90-minute yoga practice. These longer-format classes allow us to dive deeper into a well-rounded journey of yoga, where alongside movement, there will be explorations into breathwork, meditation and relaxation.
Each session is guided by a different Open House teacher, offering the opportunity to explore a variety of teaching styles, perspectives, and approaches with every class.
Come with curiosity—leave feeling grounded, expanded, and renewed.

Start 2026 with intention, presence, and a sense of inner clarity, and join Ryan for a special New Year practice inspired by the three principles of Kriya Yoga (yogic action) — effort, self-study, and surrender.
This class blends pranayama (breath control), asana (physical postures) and dhyana (meditation) to help you release what weighs you down and rise into who you’re becoming.
From Ryan’s signature flowing sequence, the practice will then soften into a guided supine meditation exploring svadhyaya (the art of listening inward) before closing with a supported savasana and a pranayama practice to anchor you in stillness and surrender.
Expect a class that feels like a fresh start, steady, expansive and deeply renewing.

January invites us to slow down, reset, and gently rebuild after the busyness of the holidays. This session is designed to offer exactly what we need in mid-winter: grounding, nourishment, and steady energy for the months ahead.
We’ll move through a thoughtfully paced practice that blends slow, mindful flow with breathwork practices and a long relaxation to calm the nervous system. Expect an emphasis on breath, stability, and deep stretching—helping you feel rooted, clear, and refreshed rather than rushed or depleted.

January is the month of Ashtanga here at Open House! Alongside our new weekly Friday 7am Ashtanga class, our Saturday Session on January 31st will be a special session introducing the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. Victoria will be leading this a strong practice, which will be taught in the traditional method. Ashtanga brings Hatha Yoga postures together, woven into a sequence with the thread of Ujjayi breathing.
Victoria has practiced Ashtanga for 20 years and studied in Mysore, the home of Ashtanga Yoga.
