About Our Food.
The food from our kitchen is made to order using organic, locally sourced and seasonal produce wherever possible, including vegetables picked fresh from our own 10 Trees Garden.
Every Saturday we host a Kitchen Takeover led by local chef John Parsons with a series of special one-off menus from around the world each week. On Sundays we host our Sunday Best, serving family style roasts made for sharing.
Every month we hold an evening Supper Club, with a 5-7 course tasting menu served around our big communal tables - allowing us all to sit, eat and feast together as community.
About Our Suppliers.
Moss Valley Fine Meats supply the bacon and ham we use in the kitchen, from pigs bred and reared on their 240 acre farm in the picturesque Moss Valley.
Severn & Wye Smokery supply us with their award winning smoked salmon, made using the traditional smoking process and with a strong focus on sustainability.
Throughout the year, we get our organic fresh fruit and veg from Organic North Wholesale, as well as vegetables grown locally by our team at 10 Trees Garden - located in Bamford, just 3.3 miles away from Open House.
We are proud to also partner locally with suppliers here in the Valley and in Sheffield - including Peak Fruits, Harringtons Butchers and Middletons Dairy for fresh and local produce, Lembas for vegetarian and vegan wholefoods, and Tonco Bakery and The Depot Bakery for freshly baked goods.
